The ease of use of the software, the customer support is amazing, the fact that they have a team of developers in the Philippines that helps with the project. They helped us with the design and implementation of the NFC technology and the software itself. The development and implementation took less than 2 weeks. I would say that the biggest problem is the price. The price is not reasonable. It should be at least half the price. I think that the price is very expensive for what you get. I would not recommend this product for small companies. If you have a big company and you need to implement a NFC solution, this is the best option. We need to implement a NFC solution for our clients. We implemented a ticketing system that allows our clients to pay for the products with their NFC card.
