The quality is actually better than I expected. But it fits at least a full size smaller than it should, maybe two sizes. Not sure yet if I'll exchange it for a bigger one, or just wear it as a base-layer under a long-sleeved shirt in the fall/winter. I'll probably keep it and do that rather than mess with returning, simply because it is nicer than I thought it would be. The fabric is very soft and comfortable and the color is a good gray so will look good with about any other color. I would definitely recommend it, just keep in mind that if your "girls" are curvy at all and/or you have a tummy, you'll probably be more comfortable going with a bigger size or two.8/2/17 update: changing my review from 3 stars to 4. Still way too small, obviously, but the seller issued a complete refund without any hassle and without requiring that the shirt be returned, which I thought was pretty nice. And as I intended to keep it and wear it under a button-down, the only thing that changed is that I got my money back. Pretty cool.
