Great shoes for sleeping! I have to try
They might be a bit warm due to the heavy material, but they feel and move like a road bike shoe. The rock grip is solid and after a long run (12+ miles) they hold up. I don't feel the stones digging into my legs. I've tried many shoes including the Solomon Sense Rides 2 which chafed at the arch and the Salewas which chafed at the heel and didn't feel as stable. This shoe is stable and comfortable. I wear size 13 shoes and size 13 fits me. Definitely recommend. If you like Asics road cycling shoes, you can't go wrong.
