Windows 10 crashes!

Received yesterday. Took home, HP Windows 10 (the latest updated version of Windows 10) installed on my desktop. It was pretty easy to install, but the metal bracket doesn't fit my case very well, so you'll have to do a little work to get it to fit properly. I turn on the device and when loading Windows 10 it crashes with an error in the photo. It doesn't matter how many times I restart my computer, I get the same error. i will return it
