I bought a tall cupboard that was clearly marked as tipping over. The cabinet came with a wall anchor which consisted of two brackets (one for the wall, one for the device) and a zip tie to connect the two. I didn't know anything was included so I bought it ahead of time. I thought about returning it and then as we thought about the logistics of trying to align the two mounts directly to the ceiling, we realized what a great product we had on our hands. Its design greatly simplifies installation, allows you not to spend a lot of time on the ladder aligning things, and we know exactly how safe it is. So glad I bought them!
