I am a teacher and purchased this item in August through personal funds to help with distance learning. It was great - about 3 months. Then the bluetooth receiver started to fail. Sometimes it worked and others didn't. It wasn't my USB port; Other items worked fine when plugged in. Finally, in November, the receiver failed completely. I contacted the company and explained the problem. They offered to replace the receiver if: (1) I provided a receipt for the order (2) I wrote a description of the problem (3) I took a video of the defective part and sent it to him (4) I found the bluetooth code (which required the use of a bluetooth receiver which didn't work 99% of the time). I met all of their requirements and then had to send $10.99 for shipping. Got a new receiver. Failed in less than a month. I don't have the money or time to mess with it. I give up and try another brand.
