I ordered it at the end of February and was able to use it for my stick except for the volume button. Today March 31st is closed. The only way I can use it is by removing the battery for a while and then putting it back in and I have a brief window before it stops working. No, these aren't batteries because the problem is that the light stays on like I pushed the button. The remote didn't fall, it just stopped working for no reason. Needless to say, I just ordered a replacement remote and paid full price for a real Fire Stick remote. You get what you paid for, so don't worry, if you don't find your remote control in about a week. Stay away.
