Update: So I had a few small issues with this. I have to say their customer service is PHENOMENAL. Because of this I still have a high rating and will be buying another filter from them because they stand behind their product which I really appreciate. First review which I will update some time after purchase. My old 3-stage vortex filter broke (the replacement was $40 for a small piece of plastic - thought it was time to just buy another unit. After researching and comparing prices, this was a unit that needed unboxing - good There were a lot The thought of not damaging the parts was nice hoses I already had a hole in my sink for a reverse osmosis faucet what to look for on youtube (I'm more of a 'show me how' person it gets done" instead of written instructions so that was good. The actual installation was easy. Quality of the parts - much better than my old filter. Hoses are quick connect, some professional plumbers may complain but the hoses are great bro Filter had the same connectors and was great for an 8 year old The connectors have blue latches an extra level of pre make sure d The hoses don't slip, I like that. I love how the baffle (where the filters bolt in) decided to separate all the individual sub components and connect them with hoses - this makes future repairs easier (my old filter had a baffle built in, it was all part of the thing what was annoying when I had to fix bugs). The filter housings are thick, which I like. However, the O-ring can easily fall off, so be careful. I love that they have a separate pocket labeled "Spare Parts" and a good selection of items that wear out or are easily lost. The faucet is really good. Faucet valve is MUCH better quality than my last one. Usage - Water tastes good. although the flow is slower than my last filter. Not sure if it's because I switched from a 3 stage filter to a 5 stage filter or if I didn't bleed all the air out of the tank or something. I contacted support to find out what to expect. 28 oz takes about 16 seconds. I would like to see it under 10 seconds but even if I have to wait 16 seconds I'm still very happy with the buyer. The fact that it came in a brushed nickel finish when my faucet is chrome was a little annoying, but my faucet is nearing the end of its life so I'll probably just buy a faucet to match the filter faucet.
