Opened for first use. The first cartridge worked fine for 2 days, then the rattling started when printing along with the light/dark printing. I threw that away. Insert the 2nd cartridge. Work nice on day 1. 2. started light/dark/or no print on the page. The knocking started again. Does something have to be without a chip? Due to time constraints, it's too late to come back until you're needed. I will not buy again.
