I thought it was a bit expensive but the next step was to pay the plumber. Comes in a handy clear vinyl sleeve (reusable for storage), clear instructions and really works! Looks exactly as advertised (see attached photos) and works very well. Long story short, I had a situation with a runaway toddler and a pile of baby wipes. This snail arrived and in less than five minutes (fifteen minutes if you count the delay time) everything was flushed as usual. My only complaint is that the grip trigger doesn't work as smoothly and the entire grip feels a little substandard. The claw on the end is removable, there is a cotter pin that can be removed for smaller pipes (like sinks) but I didn't have to do that so can't comment on how well it works. Conclusion: highly recommended.
