Obviously this funnel is stronger than the plastic funnel. Here ends my praise. This funnel is far from the best on the market. I would never buy it again. The screen is very thin, cheap and non-standard. It's so cheap and bad that I'll never use it. I don't know if I was more angry or embarrassed when I found out I had bought this cheap junk. The bottom of the hopper is rough (as another reviewer noted) rather than smooth, which is undoubtedly a sign of poor workmanship. I can not believe that! Unfortunately, I believed some of the good Revain reviews and a website that rated this funnel very highly.
