Packaging distorts the shape of product

The basket itself is really nice and appears durable; however, because it was folded for shipping, the basket has creases in it and doesn’t stand up properly. I filled it with toilet paper to help it take on the appropriate form, but after a month, it still has creases in it. This is a great product if you have the time and patience to work with it, but if you need to use it for something right away, you need to know it won’t look like the advertised pictures.
