I ordered this purse in PURPLE with a purple 3 piece set. The color online appeared to be dark purple. When I received my order I would have thought I had received someone else's order had I not looked at and read the description on the package label which said the contents were a PURPLE wallet. The purse I received was more of a red wine color. Although the wallet is of good quality and very well designed, I am extremely disappointed with the color difference. After reading my initial 3 star review (above) a customer service rep from the company contacted me and attempted to resolve the issue. her dealer to find the skin in the purple shade I wanted. Since I couldn't find what I was looking for, they offered a full refund if I decide to return it or a partial refund if I decide to keep it the color I had. For all her efforts to please me; I have raised my rating to 4 stars.
