Battery case cracked. Didn’t have a year.
Wanted to pass on that my old unit that I bought in approximitately June 2021 cracked and I had to replace it which I received yesterday 4/19/22. In November 2021 I was a victim in an auto accident no fault of my own which totalled my vehicle. Being that my airbags didn’t deploy it threw me into the steering column. My phone was in my sweatshirt pocket. That’s probably what cracked it. It became larger over time. It still worked! Was wondering if there was any warranty or some reimbursement for it. It probably kept me from breaking ribs. Very nice case.
- Customer service contacted me and addressed the issue. New one is much better.
- Bought this in May 2022 and it stopped working
