Not very good for potty training.
I bought this for our pup's potty training but I've had a hard time with it. You have to hit it at the top for it to ring loud enough to be heard. The worst thing was that there is no good way to install it. As a pup she thought it was a cool toy and went over there, picked it up and started playing with it. I ended up gluing it to a board that she couldn't lift, but the bottom isn't solid so it wasn't easy. I wish it had a "mounting bracket" to attach it to something.
