These shoes are adorable, easy to put on and easy for children to step on. I spent more money on children's leather shoes, they wear through quickly and don't scratch. My girlfriend has been wearing them for about six months (I bought a size up), wears them on the street and around town and although the white color has worn off, the skin is still intact. I also like that they come flat and can easily be slipped into a diaper bag as a spare pair. At first they were roomy and gaped a bit in the holes, but now they're stretched to a point at the toe.
