Great for managing 360 degree views and overall business success
The best thing about grade us was that it allowed my team to create reviews with all of their clients in one place without needing any extra software or integration work! It's very easy (and super intuitive) creating your own profiles but also having them assigned out automatically when they are completed by another user/client within our system makes this tool perfect too!! I think if you're looking into getting an automated feedback feature built then look no further than grad e use as there have been some great suggestions from support staff regarding what features could be added next time around.
In terms of being able to manage client information using just 1 dashboard we can now keep track easily across several different platforms which has improved customer service & efficiency levels at times where multiple people may need access to certain info simultaneously - such things like adding new contacts onto emails / phone numbers etc.

- Very simple interface for management&creating reports
- Ability store contact details, notes+feedback directly through platform itself ratherthan importing manually each month via excel files is so much more productive :)
- Can't assign tasks between 2 users yet
