EDIT: Leave the ball out of the box for about 24 hours and it will "inflate" and work great now. Returned the second ball they sent because the first one was fine! OLD REVIEW: Item arrived deflated making popup buttons very difficult/impossible to use. They asked for a replacement - I will let you know if the second product is better
