these work AWESOME on my new standard poodle puppy. she wears it overnight and it has never leaked not once. I had to leave her home for about 9 hours and it didn''t leak at all. Now it does leave her hair a little moist so I wouldn''t leave it on that long and I would wipe the privates and surrounding hair after to avoid a peepee smell in the fur. Overall u have bought 3 packs of the small and they fit nice and snug around my 4 month old puppy who is 20in around the waist. The medium also fits but I prefer the snugger fit of the small and hopefully she won''t need them long once she is potty trained
