The ease of use is great! With little training you can get up to speed quickly with their software system which makes it very easy for non-technical users like myself who are used to working in other systems such as Excel or Powerpoint (which I have been using since 2001). We've only had one issue come through our support team so far but they were extremely helpful when we needed them too which was nice after having issues getting help from another provider before that time period - just wish there wasn't an initial charge per month if your not subscribed at all during this first year trial offer though. Quickly mapping out where subsidence has occurred over large areas across multiple mining sites including those underground mines/facilities without access via traditional methods i.e., bore holes etc.
