I have used Dyson vacuums exclusively for years. Four unique models, all mine. Yet this is the first occasion in all my uses that I've been dissatisfied. The vacuum is awkward to use because of its weight (especially for a cordless model) and size. It's all really peculiar, especially considering that no such comment was ever made in earlier revisions. There wasn't much of an obvious change in the quality of the cleaning. It's a pain to get it up off the floor every time it needs to be cleaned (it does not stand in an upright position). To grab the handle, a slight wrist bend is required. All prior models might be picked up by the motor block. The motor block in this vehicle is loose. One must stoop. Nozzles, even those purchased separately with earlier models of Dayson cordless vacuum cleaners, do not work with the newer models. Adapters are not sold on the Dyson website. I should have waited for the previous model and not chased innovation. In a nutshell, they made a mistake, though why is unclear.
