Review on Armarkat B5806 Cat Tree Size by Jessi Hodges

Missing screw + improperly drilled construction hole = "hard " crooked scratching post

I used to have a cheap wobbly scratching post that always made me nervous. This brand was recommended to us because it was one of the few brands to use chipboard construction instead of chipboard. I've read reviews on several other websites reporting missing screws in shipping or incorrectly drilled holes. Decided to agree with him when in doubt, hoping it was just the seller's problem, but no. When shipped, the crate was missing the screw that securely held the top cat perch and the center construction hole was drilled too far into the back of the base just above the vertical cylindrical cat house, causing the cylinder and rearmost cat scratcher to tilt outward 45° . What's the use of buying a sturdy scratching post if it's going to be crooked anyway? Very disappointed. I'll try to add photos later.
