My print heads are clogged
Waste of money. Fearing what had just happened, I just tried to start a black one. The printheads clog after 30 printed pages, leaving gaps in the print. Replaced with genuine Brother cartridge. The problem persisted until the cleaning and alignment was completed to produce a good quality printed page. Then the bad pressure returned. Repeated cleanings are required to temporarily return to a high quality print. Let's see if the problem resolves itself over time. You may need to buy a new printer. Addendum from 07/19/2019: The manufacturer refunded the purchase price to me. If you try the product and get the same result, they seem to want to guarantee your satisfaction as well.
