I have been staring at this robot since its inception due to the presence of a sprayer. Since spring, I have been using another robot, cheaper, from another company and without a sprayer. He also washed quite well, but often left stains, he had to go through one glass several times, and this takes a lot of time. But that robot was not mine, they let me use it. And in the fall, I finally got what I wanted. He washed the windows very well, almost perfectly. They were not particularly dirty, so I walked over each glass once, changing the napkins only for the outer windows. I liked the jumper, it does not allow the napkins to dry out during the washing process, you can turn it on and off at any time by clicking on the auto or manual mode. When it is turned on (auto), a double beep sounds. A little pile, even from washed napkins, remains on the glass in some places, but this is only visible in the sun and is not at all critical. I really liked the support service, I have not met such a person yet. They will answer all questions, help solve any problems with the robot, in case of a malfunction of the robot, they are ready to replace it. For me, as a person with poor health and lack of physical strength for such work, this robot is simply necessary. I am very pleased that I bought it.
