My wife recently tried a friend's confectionery linen for the first time. Next thing I know she refused to make cake batter without him. Luckily it came just in time for the banana cream cake I was craving. She loves how easy it is to peel off the crust without lifting it off the cutting board, even when it's heavily floured. The rolling pin cover is not suitable for rolling pins with handles that rotate inside the roller. The lid slides over the handles and they don't rotate. I suppose she could trim it down to fit, but she hasn't tried yet. Basically, she wanted confectionary. That works great.
