I like that you can choose which type of walk list works best for your needs- we use this with our county's election department as well! We have not found any downsides so far except price but it is understandable when dealing in such an industry where there are multiple companies out their trying do something similar at low prices!! It helps us keep track of all potential voters' contact information from different sources while mapping them onto maps or using GIS software - easy access & organization.
