year and replacement and this sprinkler is worn out and the gray lever is not turning resulting in everything being on the lower basket, except for one area, dirty. The blue spinning arm will rotate but not orbit. It's not dirty, the nozzles aren't clogged. This seems to be a common problem when you read reviews of other levers being used to replace this lever such as: e.g. 154608102.
