First off - IF YOU WANT TO USE THESE WITH MAMUT TOUCH GRIPS IT WILL NOT WORK WITHOUT SOME GRIP CHANGES. It takes some time to dig up some plastic on the underside of the grips to get the block section of the strap through. It's doable, but requires some fiddling and effort. The straps themselves feel a lot more solid and fit your wrists snugly, but not so much that they distract from the climb. This, along with the locking mechanisms when you tighten them, adds a good sense of security that the controllers won't fly out of your hands if you accidentally let go while throwing a VR grenade. The materials appear to be quite solid at first glance, with no obvious signs of failure or weakness. However, if this were the case, the product comes with an exchange guarantee. Although they might seem a bit pricey for what they are. I think they are worth the investment for the extra security. Especially since replacement controllers are significantly more expensive! Definitely an upgrade from the standard, I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants extra insurance to be comfortable.
