This medical alert bracelet doesn't look (*at first glance) like a medical alert bracelet, which I think is an important consideration for anyone. That's a beautiful thing. (Especially for the fairest of us. Those of us dealing with health issues don't want to broadcast this. Those who know, know because we have to.) As it was a purchase as a gift to identify mature women - we obviously haven't checked to see if there are also medical aid bracelets or male identification necklaces, but I believe they are. The bracelet was (and is) worn daily. So far it's been easy to clean and there's no sign of dishwashing or clearing of the alert.
