I was looking for a higher stool for our kitchen so our little one could help more at the counter. I chose this one because it was big enough to help. The measurements that the company gives are VERY misleading as you can see in the attached picture. Yes, you can stack them on top of each other and put a smaller chair on top of the larger one to make it taller, but there's not enough legroom on the sides to go up or down, which is a safety hazard. The plastic itself seems very thin. It says it can carry up to 330 pounds. I'm 190 and wouldn't risk it, it's too weak. The anti-slip pieces you put on the bottom won't stick in place. You just push them. That's all. I keep them around the house all the time because they keep falling out or my son throws them across the kitchen floor and they roll out. I am disappointed in this stool and will continue to look for a better quality stool that my son can use for years, a week at most.
