I'm excited about this antenna. I bought this to replace the fixed mast antenna on my 2007 Pontiac Solstice GXP that was preventing me from using the car cover. At first I thought it was a bit expensive but after receiving it I am very satisfied. I wanted the antenna to be a bit flexible in case something bumped against it and this antenna worked for me. Installation was easy. I'm glad I decided not to buy a one-piece antenna (machined from aluminum) which would be more likely to break the mount on impact. This antenna also looks great - as if it was factory installed and goes well with the OEM satellite dish on the trunk lid. I will do some more road tests but so far the radio reception is fine. I recommend this product based on my personal experience with it.
