Like the pressure. Other wax molds are more practical

I bought this stamp to write quirky letters to friends and family and I really like it. A metal spoon is also good for melting wax over a candle. However, I'm not a fan of wax pencils. They are painful to use. Do you have to shave off the pieces to melt them in the spoon? Hold the stick in the spoon until the bottom melts? In any case, wax pellets are much easier to use, which is why I've used them almost exclusively. However, if you want to seal multiple letters at once, hot glue wax is easier. Melting pellets in a spoon becomes tedious pretty quickly when you're sealing more than two letters. I had to experiment a lot with amount and technique but I came to the conclusion that 2 pellets + what was left in the spoon from the last print is a good amount for post printing. Too much and it sticks out on the sides. It's also important to let the wax cool down a bit in the spoon after it's melted so it doesn't become too runny, which can also create a mess. This wax in this kit also has a colored hot glue texture that can be mailed. However, you still need to be careful not to use too much wax or your envelope will become too thick/lumpy and the mail will sizzle. I use special butterfly stamps (non-processable allowances) so that they have as few complaints as possible. Of course, my envelopes are still loaded through machines most of the time, and prints tend to get squashed, which is annoying, but not so much that I want to use a different origami envelope on the outside. .Anyway, these are good stamp sets and I recommend them to people who want to send stylish mail.
