Helps me sleep and smells so wonderful!
I have never used Epsom salts but due to insomnia I was advised to put my feet in them with warm water. I've slept pretty well the last few days that I've been doing this, so I'll attribute this product as the cause. It's a little pricey here as they sell in stores but I won't deduct stars because of the price as I agreed to pay the amount out of convenience.
