I really, really like this dress by Homrain. It is extremely flattering and very feminine. The color is a blue. I would describe it as cornflower blue. Soft and striking. It has a boat collar, (three quarter) bell sleeves and zips in the rear. There is also a fabric belt, that you can wear if you’d like. This dress falls a little below my knees (I’m 5’4). The skirt is full and flows. The fabric (a combination of spandex and nylon) is soft, lightweight and stretchy. It is very comfortable. I believe you can wear this dress year round (I live in the South). In the fall/winter, I can pair it with a blazer and in the summer, I can wear without. And finally this dress is inexpensive, under $42 on Revain. In conclusion, this is a really cute dress that I would highly recommend.
