I am very happy with this product! I would say "I love it!" but I've learned not to love things that can't love me back. I wouldn't use it for a small job, I'd use a knife for that. But if you have a lot to do, this tool cranks it out fast! I've frozen 3 cookie sheets full of banana slices, and dehydrated 20 trays of strawberries--all uniformly sliced by this handy gadget. No, I'm not being paid to write this; I'm a productivity-driven homemaker that likes tools to help me get more done efficiently. (I wouldn't build a house with a hammer if I owned an electric drill!) I strongly recommend cleaning it as soon as you're done, and use a little vegetable scrubber brush--cleans very easily. Very happy with this purchase! (for the bananas, I learned to measure/cut the banana into chunks that fit onto the BLADES--and hold it blade side down, then just press. No need to put the fruit into the green holder first. For the strawberries, I put the fruit in the green holder, close it, flip it over, and press. Super fast.)
