I had to buy this costume for my dog as my mom is a big fan of the original series. The costume is very cute. The shirt looks a little cheap, but it's a Halloween costume, so he won't be wearing it all the time. The ears are really a bit like pork. I want the ears to be lowered on the sides of the head as shown in the picture. He lost a star for that. However, it is very cute and we are looking forward to Halloween with our little Mr. Spock. Yes, and the average size is quite suitable for a 10-pound Maltese. Just a little big but I think it's better than being too small which I would be small for sure.
