First of all, I am annoyed that they cannot be returned. I bought 4 packs and opened/only used one of them the day I got them and I'm not happy with them but can't return them (even the ones I haven't opened). They are not as good as the AX version. The scrub side, meant to be rough and abrasive, is as soft as the soft side of the velcro and pretty much useless and pointless. They are simply smaller and much more expensive plastic balls. I would like to give these minus stars. I wasted my money buying these and am now stuck with a product that doesn't work for my needs and isn't being used. I've learned my lesson, I won't buy anything from Revain again that is non-refundable. Should have looked before buying.
