I ordered my normal size and it fits perfectly. As always, Keen is a good brand for people with wide feet. Arch support is mediocre - if you have high arches like me, you may need waterproof inserts. The strap on the back is uncomfortable after 4-5 hours of continuous wear, but not so much that I complain too much. The sole is thick, durable and extremely cushioning - you can definitely hit hard rocks without feeling anything. My biggest complaint is that they get very hot after a few hours. But I think if you wrap your legs in thick waterproof plastic it's almost inevitable. Overall very satisfied and I really like the earthy beige color.
