Advertised as real leather but looks, smells and reacts like polyurethane. It is ductile, fails the scratch test, and has an objectionable chemical odor. I used to have a lot of polyurethane and it always breaks down quickly so now I only buy authentic and will return it. Bonus star because otherwise normal. There's no cover over the camera to block or fog it up, but there's a full lip around it to protect the corner from bonks. The magnetic clasp isn't the best, breaks too easily, isn't as secure as other magnetic clasps I've had and is definitely inferior to the snap clasp. I can fit 6 cards in before I can't close it well, but even then the lid is slightly lifted off the phone, not flat. The cutouts and buttons on the phone holder are in the right places and the phone fits in, but it's so soft that I'm not sure the phone will stay in place, if it falls, a squeeze on the corner and the whole phone could burst out.
