So I loved duck shoes as a kid and have been wanting them as an adult for more than 20 years. I finally ordered myself some. And they arrived and are a little big--I will have to wear thick socks or put in a sole insert in order for them to be comfortable. Even with my usual winter socks, I can feel every crack in the pavement, every rock on the ground, etc. I did not remember them being so thin on the bottom. It honestly feels like I am barefoot. I need support and these shoes provide little to no support. I LOVE the way they look and will probably buy another pair, HOWEVER, I will get the ones with a fuzzy fur lining to help cushion them. And put in a sole insert.
