I have very sensitive ears. These don’t cause an allergic reaction at all. I leave them in all the time. The back that screws on is fantastic. Very comfortable to sleep in. I’ve only had one time where it has popped off by itself, so now I just check them every few days to make sure it’s tight. Really pleased with this purchase.
