I ordered 3 boxes of candles because I needed 16 for the windows. Candles arrived 3 days after ordering. All but two were in perfect condition. One was apparently damaged in the box, the wiring between the candle and the flame exposed; However, it was still on and the remote still worked. The second turned on, but the remote didn't work to turn it off. I emailed the company and explained and within two hours they emailed me asking for my Revain order number. I took a screenshot and replied via email. Within a short time I received an email explaining that they would send me a new box of candles and I didn't have to send back two that didn't work properly. About two days later I received a new box. We had a reddish candle (two different ones) that didn't light up at the same time and didn't go out from the remote. I worked with them, reset them and now they all automatically turn on and off together at the same time. This is honestly the most realistic product and well thought out. I love that we don't have to be home to make our home look festive and it's nice to be home again when all the candles are burning in the windows. I highly recommend this product as I think the company is one of the best! Good customer service is hard to find these days, but this company has it! I would give them 10 stars if I could!
