I had a chance to try this out before purchasing it from my local craft store here at Revain. This works very well. It doesn't leave behind the little lint you get when you clean stamps with baby wipes. Plus, it's eco-friendly because you can use it over and over again instead of throwing away a single-use product like baby wipes. This will save you a lot of money over time because you don't have to keep buying baby wipes. I've found regular water on Shammi to be cleaned with Momento Tuxedo Black ink (I haven't used any other ink with it yet) so not having to use it with a stamp cleaning solution is great. Another nice thing is that it doesn't leave moisture on the stamp like baby wipes do, so it doesn't take time to dry before you can use your stamp again after cleaning the ink with this putty. Inside the box it's hard as a board, so you'll have to hold it under water for a few minutes before it gets soft and pliable. Simply squeeze out excess water after soaking, then it will be nice and supple. It stays moist enough to be used without re-wetting when doing crafts during the day. I think the size is spot on, it's about the size of a piece of tissue paper so it's small enough to hold in your hand without dragging other areas on your work surface that you don't want to get wet want.
