We have three in a pack. We bought two new phones and wanted to protect them. I watched the installation video and did the first phone very easily with no issues, then plugged in the next one and got two pin-sized damages. Tried the process again, didn't work, took photos and sent them to the company. Then tried a third on the phone, went through the cleaning, dried and used the sticker to pick up any particles left on the screen. Then put on the screen protector. This again had a needle dent elsewhere that I couldn't get out. Tried the process again. I just couldn't figure out why the first one ran so smoothly while the other two screens didn't. I received an email from the company to try reinstalling the same screens after repeating the process. I just didn't see a reason to do it again since I'd tried both screens twice. I just wanted them to replace my screens so I can protect my phones.
