I really wanted and expected to like this bag. That is beautiful. The zipper on one side didn't close at all at first, eventually I managed to do it, but it kept getting stuck. The other just slipped down for no reason. Hanging things is an absolute problem. Eventually I would try to cut them off. They interfere with the click so you end up having to fight them to get to the click. It's hard enough just snapping the damn thing shut, then you have to weave the snap between those straps over it! What did you think! Unfortunately I sent it back. I wish it would work, it's really nice.
