Covergirl Perfect Point Plus Eyeliner
I bought two Covergirl Perfect Point Plus Eyeliners. When I opened the first one, I initially thought that the cosmetic material fell out after two uses. I ended up opening the second package and found that the rotary feed mechanism was not working properly and there was very little insert in the tube. So my conclusion is that both packages were buggy.
