The buying experience was not a problem. Setting up the phone was also pretty quick and easy, but I've learned that when you're programming buttons, you have to do everything pretty quickly, otherwise it won't work. I wanted to setup my phone so my mom can call me and my sister ONLY from pictures. I also reprogrammed the 911 button (I guess I didn't mean to check!). Once I figured it out, it was great. I use it with a VOIP phone line (phone is connected to a modem) and I really like that it's wired as my mom has to sit on the bed to talk instead of walking around and/or losing the phone . I can't speak to its durability yet, but in terms of customization and that it does what I need it to be, it's perfect.
