I saw some bad reviews on here about the failure of this unit. If you read the description you will see that the warranty is 1 year. I submitted a warranty claim and the issue was resolved with 2 emails and sending a new unit. I bought this unit in December 2017 to use in my Braava mop. The mop is used 3-4 times a week. Everything worked fine for the first 4 months, but then it started to fail. That's about the same time the original battery lasted! So I contacted the seller via email, they responded via email within a day asking for some details (battery usage, batch number etc. great efficiency and courtesy. So yes it failed but they have their promises regarding blocking satisfied, first- class service. !
