This pillow is comfortable BUT if you have a long waist, the pillow is not enough to support your legs while you sleep. After a few weeks of use, if two pillows come together to form a headrest, it won't stay fluffy. I ended up giving it to my 7 year old son to sleep in - he LOVES it! He feels really safe while he sleeps.
