Review on 🧹 Durable DEWALT 14 Gallon Poly Wet/Dry Vac for Efficiently Cleaning Any Mess by Robert Prix

This workshop vacuum cleaner does not match the quality I expect from DeWalt tools. Aside from this Shop Vac I have several DeWalt tools and am getting good results with them. After assembling this vacuum cleaner, I started using it. I was surprised that the six horsepower motor couldn't match the power of my well-worn 18 year old handyman vacuum. It worked, but I had to lift the hose to move the particles through the hose in the right direction. The biggest disappointment came when I unplugged it after use. I found that the plug was very hot. Upon examining the plug after it had cooled, I found that the plug had melted at one of the plug's electrical contacts! This, of course, resulted in an unacceptable fire hazard. I have returned this Shop Vac with no further use.
